Practical selection guidance
Set the interfaces before comparing complete-line proposals
A complete powder filling proposal should identify the boundaries between product supply, dose control, pack assembly, inspection and closing. Clarify the equipment retained from an existing line as well as the new equipment. Unassigned interfaces can leave an otherwise capable filler waiting for a pack or releasing one before it is ready.
Link each required outcome to an acceptance observation: correct quantity, clean closure zone, intended insert, traceable reject and sustained good-pack rate. This makes competing project scopes easier to compare without assuming that every machine list contains the same functions.
Review existing-line retrofit responsibilities, insert handling and required line rate.
